Is there parking available - valet or self-parking?

Yes, we offer overnight parking for our guests in our private parking lot. The Crockett Hotel has a private parking lot at the corner of Houston and Bonham Streets.

You may valet your vehicle in our lot for $45 plus tax, per day with in/out privileges. With the high demand for visitor parking, our daily fee is among the best priced parking in downtown San Antonio. The daily fee allows unlimited in/out access and the vehicle is in a lot that is staffed 24/7.

There are other nearby parking options as well, but most lots are not staffed nor allow in/out access without paying again.

What is check-in and check-out time?

Guests can begin checking in at 4 p.m. and can check out any time before 11 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be accommodated upon request, based on availability. A fee of $75 will be accessed for early check-in and/or late check-out.

Can you park oversized vehicles in the lot?

Oversized vehicles are allowed if space is available.  The price is determined by the number of parking spaces occupied by the oversize vehicle. Tour bus and Motorcoaches are charged $100 + tax per night

Where can you park motorcycles?

Motorcycles are allowed in the parking lot. Motorcycle parking is $39 + tax per space.  If multiple motorcycles can be parked in the same space, it is still $39 + tax.

What is your pet policy?

The Crockett Hotel gladly welcomes your four-legged family members! However, we kindly ask you to provide a non-refundable, one-time pet fee of $125 plus tax for the first pet. An additional non-refundable fee of $50 plus tax will be assessed for a second pet, maximum two (2) pets and the combined weight must not exceed 40lbs.

 

Is there a fitness center?

Crockett Hotel guests are welcome to use the fitness center at the Menger Hotel. Located directly across from the Crockett Hotel at 204 Alamo Plaza. The Fitness Center is open from 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM. The Fitness Center offers mostly cardio equipment with a fitness bike, an elliptical, a few treadmills, and a barbell weight set.

Are there any restaurants on the property?

Yes, the Alamo Plaza Coffee Bar is open daily from 6:30am to 1:00pm serving grab-and-go cafe and delicious beverages menu options. The Crockett Tavern is open daily for lunch and dinner with live music on the weekends! Learn More

What are the pool hours?

The outdoor pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Towels are available in the pool area too.

What is the minimum age for check-in?

The minimum check-in age is 21.

Are refrigerators available?

Each room is enhanced with a mini fridge. Microwaves are not available.

How far are you from the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center?

The convention center is walking distance from the hotel; located about 0.4 miles away.

Are there nearby attractions or restaurants?

The Alamo is directly across the street and the River Walk is less than a 5-minute walk away.  We are surrounded by shopping, including the Shops at the Rivercenter and over 50 restaurants as well!

Do you have the Best Rate Guaranteed?

Yes! Book directly with confidence because the Crockett, a historic hotel, guarantees you the absolute best rate. Found a lower published rate? Contact us by email at reservations@crocketthotel.com. Include your name, Crockett Hotel confirmation number, and the site where you found the lower rate available. We will contact you by email within 3 working days. Once the Best Rate Guarantee has been confirmed, a rate match will be made.

How do you modify reservations?

What is the cancellation policy?

Reservations may be canceled up to 1 day (24 hours) prior to arrival in order to avoid cancellation penalty of one night’s room and tax. Some rate plans require pre-payment and may not be canceled or modified. For example, the Advance Purchase discount cannot be canceled. How much is the Crockett's hotel tax?

Hotel Occupancy Tax is 16.75% and we will collect a 1.25% San Antonio Tourism PID (Public Improvement District) fee.

Is smoking allowed on property?

This is a 100% SMOKE FREE PROPERTY. This includes E-Cigarettes and Vaping. A USD $250.00 fine will be assessed for guests found smoking where prohibited including but not limited to guest rooms, balconies, and public areas. The fine will also be assessed to any room where smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes have been used.

Are guests charged a hotel incidental deposit upon arrival?

Yes, a credit card deposit of $75 per day is required at check-in. Deposit is refundable to credit card at check-out if no other charges apply.
