Q: Is there parking available - valet or self-parking?
A: Yes, we offer overnight parking for our guests in our private parking lot. The Crockett Hotel has a private parking lot at the corner of Houston and Bonham Streets.

You may valet or self-park your vehicle in our lot for $25 plus tax, per day. With the high demand for visitor parking, our daily fee is among the best pricing in the heart of downtown San Antonio. The daily fee allows unlimited in/out access and the vehicle is in a lot that is staffed 24/7. Self-parking option is only restricted when the lot is at or near full capacity. Valet attendants are on site from 7:00AM to 11:00PM. The parking lot is monitored by hotel staff 24/7.

There are other nearby parking options as well, but most lots are not staffed nor allow in/out access without paying again.

Q: Can you park oversized vehicles in the lot?
A: Oversized vehicles are allowed if space is available.  The price is determined by the number of parking spaces occupied by the oversize vehicle. Tour bus and Motorcoaches are charged $100 + tax per night

Q: Where can you park motorcycles?
A: Motorcycles are allowed in the parking lot. Motorcycle parking is $25 + tax per space.  If multiple motorcycles can be parked in the same space,  it is still $25 + tax.

Q: What is your pet policy?
A: No need to leave your furry family member behind! We allow pets at the Crockett Hotel as we are a pet-friendly hotel in San Antonio. Our pet fee is a one-time non-refundable fee of $60, with a max of two pets per room. Pets must be registered at the front desk upon arrival.

Q: What time is breakfast served?
A: We serve a hot breakfast buffet on weekdays from 6:30AM to 10:00AM, and weekends 6:30AM to 11:00AM.

Q: What time does Ernie’s Bar open?
A: Ernie’s Bar opens daily from 4:00PM to 12:00AM. Happy Hour pricing is available from 4:00PM to 7:00PM.

Q: Is there a fitness center?
A: Crockett Hotel guests are welcome to use the fitness center at the Menger Hotel. Located directly across from the Crockett Hotel at 204 Alamo Plaza. The Fitness Center is open from 6:30AM to 9:00PM. The Fitness Center offers mostly cardio equipment with a fitness bike, an elliptical, a few treadmills, and a barbell weight set.

Q: What are the pool hours?
A: The outdoor pool is open daily from 9:00AM to 10:00PM. Towels are available at the pool area too.

Q: What is the minimum age for check-in?
A: The minimum check-in age is 21.

Q: Are refrigerators available?
A: Mini fridges are available, at a first come first serve basis. There is no additional charge for a mini fridge, and microwaves are not available.

Q: How far are you from the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center?
A: The convention center is walking distance from the hotel; located about 0.4 miles away.

Q: Are there nearby attractions or restaurants?
A: The Alamo is directly across the street and the River Walk is less than a 5 minute walk away.  We are surrounded by shopping, including the Shops at the Rivercenter and over 50 restaurants as well!

Q: How do you modify reservations?

Q: What is the cancelation policy?
A: Reservations may be canceled up to two days (48 hours) prior to arrival in order to avoid cancellation penalty of one night’s room and tax. Some rate plans require pre-payment and may not be canceled or modified. For example, the Advance Purchase discount cannot be canceled.
